Nine White Lights Advisory

Nine White Lights Advisory was founded to formalize consulting work that was already happening; organizations reached out for help with audits, negotiations, governance, and technology leadership because they had worked with our founder before and trusted the results.

The name comes from two places. In powerlifting competition, three judges each signal a lift with a white light. Nine white lights, one for each judge across three lifts, means a perfect meet. Zero red lights. Flawless execution under pressure.

The tagline comes from Black Sabbath. “Into the Void” describes the consulting philosophy: we go into the dark, complex, ungoverned places and illuminate them.

Jerry Frazier

Jerry Frazier brings 30 years of experience building and governing technology asset management programs at Fortune 500 scale across the automotive and aerospace industries.

He has built ITAM practices from the ground up, led software audit defenses against the largest vendors in the industry, negotiated complex enterprise agreements, and built governance structures that outlasted his tenure at the organizations he served.

His methodology is grounded in the Capability Maturity Model: diagnostic first, structural second, sustainable always. He does not write reports and leave. He builds things that work.
